| I have always taken my Mercedes R500 to Mercedes of W.C.. My mother had great experiences at Import Doctors so I thought I'd give them a try. So pleased that I did! Bob was beyond helpful. He took the time to share his knowledge, and thoroughly explained the diagnosis. Upon my return to pick up my car, he had saved the part to further explain the repair. I left feeling confident in the major work that had been done. And, something else that has never been the case- he finished a little below the original estimate.
